SUMMARY:Beach Coastal Cleanup
DESCRIPTION:This year’s event will be a one-day conservation service project.  (no overnight camping) \nSign up for a fun day-trip to the beach! Earn conservation service hours while participating in national coastal cleanup day.  \nMeet at LAYC At 8:00 AM for departure. \nBeach clean-up location: Seacliff State Beach (1 hour away) \nReturn: 4pm at the latest\, though likely sooner. \nCosts: Please contribute for gas &  $10 per car\, day-use fee at the beach. \nAdult drivers needed to transport up to 30 scouts to the Seacliff State Beach. \nEquipment considerations (packing lists\, 10 essentials\, spending money):  \n\nClosed-toed shoes\nReusable filled water bottle\nHat / Sunscreen\nWarm layer to wear\nWork Gloves\nWaiver\nMoney for lunch\nOptional (But encouraged):  Gloves\, bucket\, grabbers\, and filled reusable water bottles\n\nUniform Requirement (Class A during transit and when in an outward-facing capacity or representing BSA; Class B when uniformity desired but internal-facing activity\, or none):  \n\nClass A during transit\nClass B acceptable during service.
