Troop 37 & Troop 201 Scout Renewal

  • Step 1: Renew BSA membership from my.scouting.org website

You will get a separate email from BSA/Pacific Skyline Council when it is time for your annual re-registration with BSA.  For most scouts and adults who have been with our troops for over a year, this will come in January.  You can learn more about the new online membership renewal process, and see the updated Membership Fee Chart for the Pacific Skyline Council, effective June 1 which breakdown of BSA fees and Pacific Skyline Council fees per scout and per adult so that you can see what you will be charged per scout. 

  • Step 2: Pay Troop Due $150 (plus service fee) through CheddarUp

The troop dues is $150 (plus service fee) per scout  and is normally collected on December every year.  You can pay those dues and renew your scout’s registration with our troop at:  Troop 37 CheddarUp or  Troop 201 CheddarUp

  • Step 4: Fill out Medical Information form: Annual Health and Medical Medical Information form 680-001
    • Fill out Part A and B for All Scouting Events
    • You will have to complete Part C if you will be attending any camp over 72 hours.  This section will require a physician’s signature and is valid for one year from date of physician signature.  
    • Ignore the High Adventure box unless your scout will be 13 or older in the next year and plans to attend a High Adventure camp.
    • Sign it, Also, please note on the form Troop 37 or Troop 201.
    • Attach a copy of your medical insurance card, both front, and back.
    • The Medical Forms can be uploaded with the Google registration form in Step 8.  The forms will be stored in a standard Google Drive and will be accessible to the registrars, the Troop Committee Chair and any chaperone on a trip with your scout.  If you prefer to not have you or your scout’s medical forms stored electronically, they may be delivered directly to the troop’s medical form coordinator, Trieu Nguyen.
  • Step 5: Fill out 2026 troop registration form, select “Renew” or “Discontinue”, make any changes in address, phone number, or email, and attach updated documentations if any.
